The recommended heating flow temperature is 30 – 45 °C and the cooling flow temperature 7 – 18 °C. Where fan coils are served by a heat pump, size them on the 50 °C heating figure unless the system design confirms a higher flow temperature.
Yes. Every family cools on chilled water as well as heating. For example, the slim floor-standing units give 0.81 – 3.45 kW of cooling on 7 °C water, and the wall-mounted Q Series 2.70 – 5.41 kW.
Choose by where it goes in the room. The slim floor-standing unit is 130 mm deep and sits where a radiator used to be. The wall-mounted Q Series is a high-wall unit. Cassettes are recessed into a suspended ceiling. The concealed M Series fits ceiling voids and bulkheads, at 240 mm high.
